Privacy Policy

Live Radio DFW is a Dallas-Fort Worth cover band. This page explains what information we collect when you use liveradiodfw.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how to reach us with questions or requests.

What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. That means:

• Contact and booking forms. When you submit a form on our booking, contact, corporate events, private parties, or press kit page, we collect the name, email address, phone number, event details, and any message you provide.
• SMS opt-in. If you sign up for our SMS updates through the SimpleTexting form on our site, SimpleTexting collects your phone number and any consent record on our behalf.
• Email correspondence. If you email us directly at [email protected], we keep that email so we can respond and follow up.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking on this site. We do not use advertising cookies. The only cookies set by liveradiodfw.com are functional (for example, remembering your light or dark theme preference).

Why we collect it

One reason only: to respond to you. If you ask us to play your event, we need enough information to give you a quote and confirm the booking. If you sign up for SMS updates, we send you show announcements. We do not profile you, we do not build audiences from your information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than communicating with you about the band.

Who we share it with

We share information with a small number of vendors who help us operate the site. These vendors act only on our instructions and handle your information under their own privacy policies:

• Formspree processes form submissions and forwards them to our band inbox. See the Formspree privacy policy.
• SimpleTexting handles the SMS opt-in widget and stores SMS subscriber records. See the SimpleTexting privacy policy.
• Mailchimp stores email addresses for fan and venue outreach lists we maintain. See the Intuit Mailchimp privacy statement.
• Microsoft Outlook hosts our band email account ([email protected]). See the Microsoft privacy statement.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact information as long as we have an active relationship with you plus a reasonable period for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] and we will remove it from our records and ask our vendors to do the same.

SMS opt-out

To stop receiving SMS updates, reply STOP to any message from us. To restart, reply START. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can email us at [email protected] to:

• See what information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of any communications

We respond to requests within 30 days.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the new version will replace this one and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.
